Client Services Officer
Role summary:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients with respect to client service on-boarding initiatives. Verify that all documentation received from the client complies with regulatory and compliance standards firm-wide AML guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a financial institution.

Knowledge of Financial markets and products.

Knowledge of investment account opening procedures, Know You Customer, and related requirements.

Command of MS Office applications and general computer proficiency

Excellent organizational skills.

Effective verbal & written communication skills and listening skills.
