Job Summary:

The Client Services Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing exceptional service and support. This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, managing communication between internal teams and clients, and contributing to the company’s growth through excellent client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and present relevant solutions.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure the successful delivery of services and maintain engagement.
  • Prepare and share client status reports, feedback summaries, and activity updates with management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and business development) to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Handle client complaints and issues professionally, ensuring resolution and client retention.
  • Support in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Assist in proposal and presentation preparation for prospective and existing clients.
  • Participate in events, meetings, and conferences to represent the organization and strengthen client relationships.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated client database in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer relations, or account management (preferred).
  • Experience in corporate or B2B environments will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
