Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and account management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and follow up to confirm issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 0-1 years in customer service, support, or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong English communication (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Customer relationship management and active listening.
- Technical skills (typing speed, multitasking, and troubleshooting).
Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
System, Timing & Other Specific Requirements
- Good internet speed.
- Working Laptop.
- 6-8 Hours Backup options for power outages.
- Flexibility with monthly rotational shifts.
- Contract agreement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
