Meds Nexus are looking for a Senior. P.H.D Specialist - Who is proficient in Spanish communication skills for our patient help desk department. It's a salary-based role. Responsibilities: Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments. Adding new patients to the system if it does not exist already. Coordinating with doctor’s offices in the US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes, etc. Gathering details of patient queries for any results and medications and relaying info to the doctor’s office. Handle other duties as needed. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution. Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. Solve queries from patients regarding their medical issues Handling Front Desk (USA)2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support and any call center experience. Requirements: Minimum bachelor in any domain with excellent English and Spanish communication skills (preferably North American accent)Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support Available to work during US working hours. Converting a lead into a prospective client Scheduling Meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.) and conference calls. Preparing analysis reports, Meeting Minutes Handle other duties as needed or assigned by the Manager. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.
