Meds Nexus are looking for a Senior. P.H.D Specialist - Who is proficient in Spanish communication skills for our patient help desk department. It's a salary-based role. Responsibilities: Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments. Adding new patients to the system if it does not exist already. Coordinating with doctor’s offices in the US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes, etc. Gathering details of patient queries for any results and medications and relaying info to the doctor’s office. Handle other duties as needed. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution. Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. Solve queries from patients regarding their medical issues Handling Front Desk (USA)2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support and any call center experience.
