Sales & Marketing Manager ( Solar & HVAC)

A well reputed Solar Systems , Solar Pumping system and HVAC Organisation situated at DHA Phase-II, Islamabad, requires 02x Manager Sales & Marketing with MBA/B.Sc Engg Qualification having 5-7 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing. Motorcycle or Car for the job is a MUST to go on different sites for Sales & Marketing Operations. Fuel & Maintenance and other fringe benefits will be offered. Job Descriptions/ Requirements:

• Candidate must be MBA/B.Sc Engineering qualification with 5-7 years Solar OR HVAC Sales Experience.
• Promoting the company's existing brands (Solar Products) and introduce upcoming new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers about orders.
• Collaborate with different departments, such as Engineering, Accounts & Finance and Logistics, etc.
• Reports daily your immediate head for sale goals and target assigned.

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Education and Experience Requirements:

 MBA/B.Sc Engineering
 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing
