Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve client issues or conflicts to ensure positive outcomes.
- Client Reporting & Feedback: Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights to help them achieve their goals.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, projects, and agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
