They are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can confidently manage client relationships across integrated campaigns and retail-driven activations.

Role Overview

As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within scope.

This role requires someone who understands retail dynamics, activation timelines, and multi-channel campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs
  • Oversee campaign execution across advertising, digital, retail, and production verticals
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Address client concerns promptly and manage escalations professionally
  • Work closely with sales, creative, operations, and production teams
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Support client retention and long-term relationship development

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in client servicing within retail, advertising, or marketing agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a deadline-driven environment
  • Commercially aware with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of retail activations, merchandising, or production workflows is an advantage
