• Client Solution Manager - CMT

📌 What You’ll Do:

As a Client Solution Manager , you will:

• Design and Shape Solutions : Support outsourcing deal solutions and align pricing strategies with client goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with cross-functional groups to create unified proposals and support commercial discussions.
• Own up Solution tenets: Drive discussions, Contribute to solution ideas and be responsible for solution components like Operating Model, Ways of Working, Roadmaps etc
• Create Proposal Artifacts : Prepare key artifacts like executive summaries and business cases, Contribute and author key solution sections of the Proposal deliverables.
• Leverage Tools and Best Practices : Quickly ramp up on the solutions and platforms to identify value opportunities and apply reusable assets to improve success rates.
• Engage with Clients and Stakeholders : Participate and deliver presentations in client meetings and understand decision-making processes.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, Consulting with exposure in industries like Telecommunications, Hitech, Media.
• Deep understanding of global delivery models
• Strong experience working on IT Outsourcing, Cost take out, Transformation proposals
• Strong Communication skills, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities
