Salary: 40k to 60k

Location: 39 C Plaza, Etihad Town, Raiwind Road Lahore

Full-time Office based

Responsibilities:

* Main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

* Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.

* Coordinate with the sales team to understand commitments made to clients.

* Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled as per timelines.

* Follow up with clients on feedback and address any service-related concerns proactively.

* Track client satisfaction and suggest improvements for better service delivery.

* Maintain accurate records of client communications, requirements, and progress updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver within timelines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
