Client Success Manager / Client Success Coach

We’re a high-performance coaching and consulting organization serving digital marketing agencies and online service businesses. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a Client Success Manager who can confidently advise experienced business owners and operate as a strategic partner in their growth journey.

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on driving results, accountability, and execution, not a junior support or account management position.

Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will work directly with CEOs, founders, and operators to help them gain clarity, implement proven frameworks, and stay accountable to key growth milestones.

You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure client alignment, retention, and successful execution of the strategies being delivered. This role requires strong business acumen, executive-level communication, and a deep understanding of agency or online business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support high-value client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Coach and advise business owners on strategy, systems, pricing, offers, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Lead group coaching calls, office hours, and/or private client sessions
  • Track client milestones, KPIs, progress, and outcomes using CRM and internal systems
  • Partner with leadership to refine coaching frameworks and improve delivery quality
  • Identify client risks early and proactively address challenges to protect outcomes
  • Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and authority

Required Experience

To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the digital marketing agency, online business, or consulting space
  • 3–5 years managing high-value client relationships
  • Experience advising, coaching, or working closely with founders or senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, sales systems, offer creation, and business operations

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Background in paid advertising, social media marketing, or client acquisition systems
  • Experience in a coaching, consulting, or advisory capacity
