Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Reporting and Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for generating comprehensive reports for clients, creating customer dashboards, performing utilization analysis for various teams, and managing CRM functions for the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel capabilities, experience in order processing and management, and proficiency in MDF and rebate calculations.


What you’ll do as the CSM-III:

Client Reporting:

Generate and deliver accurate and timely reports for clients, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting needs and tailor reports accordingly.

  • Advanced Excel Capabilities:

Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Create detailed reports and dashboards for both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Customer Dashboards:

Develop and maintain interactive customer dashboards that provide real-time insights and metrics. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and meet the specific needs of clients.

  • Utilization Analysis:

Conduct utilization analysis for various teams to optimize resource allocation and efficiency. Identify trends, provide recommendations, and support decision-making processes.

  • CRM Management (MEA Region):

Manage CRM activities for the MEA region, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records. Create and maintain prospect records in the CRM system.

  • Order Processing and Management:

Handle order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage order tracking, updates, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Freight Reporting:

Compile and analyze freight data to produce detailed reports. Provide insights on freight costs, efficiency, and opportunities for cost savings.

  • MDF and Rebate Calculations:

Perform calculations for Market Development Funds (MDF) and rebates. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and client agreements.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Education:
    bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role involving client reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically within the MEA region, is highly desirable.
  • Background in order processing and management.

Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
