1Now, a product by Decklaration, is a SaaS-based fleet management solution designed for car rental owners. It helps users manage their fleet, customers, and bookings efficiently—without paying heavy marketplace commissions like those on Turo or similar platforms. Clients can set up their own rental websites and manage everything through 1Now.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Specialist who will ensure our clients not only use 1Now but also see real value—by helping them generate bookings, retain customers, and grow their car rental business.

This role is the bridge between client success and marketing activation. Once a client purchases the software, your goal will be to make sure they start receiving bookings and stay engaged with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Activation: Help newly onboarded clients set up their listings, manage vehicles, and start receiving bookings using the 1Now platform.
  • Retention & Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are consistently satisfied and active.
  • Booking Enablement: Assist clients in generating bookings through platform guidance, listing optimization, and lead coordination.
  • Marketing Guidance: Educate clients on how to promote their car rental business through online channels (social media, listings, local ads, etc.).
  • Client Engagement Tracking: Monitor client usage data to identify inactive clients and take steps to re-engage them.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to help improve platform features and user experience.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or mobility industries.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Experience using CRM or customer engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Intercom).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
