In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience — from handling company-related procedures and coordinating essential documentation, to assisting with residency and visa applications, renewals, and license updates. You’ll be the link between clients, our internal departments, and government entities, helping ensure every process runs efficiently and on time. This position requires a proactive and client-centric approach contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring seamless client engagement.
· Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
· Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve any operational or service-related issues efficiently.
· Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing the company professionally and addressing client needs proactively.
· Maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring that all interactions, agreements, and service updates are properly documented.
· Prepare and analyse client account reports, tracking key metrics such as account status, service timelines, payment history, and outstanding matters.
· Provide insights and feedback to management on client trends, account-related concerns and process improvement opportunities.
· Proactively research and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact client accounts or service offerings.
· Represent the company professionally at events and on digital platforms.
Education: Degree in business or similar
Experience:
· 1-2 years of experience in client account management, visa processing or a similar role, preferably within the corporate, or professional services industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Experience with CRM or account management software.
· Strong understanding of customer service best practices and process optimization.
