Client Support Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely, professional, and high-quality support to our international clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset in a SaaS/tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via email, chat, and calls.
• Resolve client queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand product features and workflows to guide clients effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve technical or service-related issues.
• Track, document, and follow up on client issues using CRM or ticketing tools.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product walkthroughs when required.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with the product/support teams for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client support, customer success, or customer service (SaaS/IT preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle international clients and work in night or rotational shifts.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or helpdesk tools is a plus.
• Customer-centric attitude with a calm and professional approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting B2B or SaaS products.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and client retention metrics.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
