We’re Hiring: Client Support Executive – B2C

DHA Phase 2, Islamabad | Rotational Shifts (5 days/week)

We’re looking for a fast-paced and target-driven Client Support Executive to manage client queries, support operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you're adaptable, KPI-focused, and great at communication — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client queries & deliver top-notch service

Manage onboarding, operations & after-sales support

Track KPIs, report performance & improve processes

Requirements:

Experience in sales/client operations

Strong communication & multitasking skills

KPI-driven mindset & quick learning ability

Tech-savvy (CRM/MS Office/Google Suite)
