We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to manage client inquiries and provide timely, accurate support. The role involves assisting clients through various communication channels while ensuring a high level of service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and guidance
- Resolve service-related issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools
- Ability to work in shifts, including night or rotational shifts if required
