Client Support Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences by assisting clients, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and support requests through phone, email, live chat, and other communication platforms
- Assist clients with product or service-related concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Investigate issues, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure concerns are resolved effectively
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate account information in internal systems
- Coordinate with relevant departments for complex cases or escalations
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with management to support service improvements
- Remain informed about company offerings, procedures, and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline required
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns
- Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and CRM software
- Capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
