Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences by assisting clients, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions and support requests through phone, email, live chat, and other communication platforms
  • Assist clients with product or service-related concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Investigate issues, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure concerns are resolved effectively
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate account information in internal systems
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for complex cases or escalations
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with management to support service improvements
  • Remain informed about company offerings, procedures, and updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline required
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns
  • Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and CRM software
  • Capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
