About Us:
We are a growing poly clinic providing high-quality aesthetic services, including Botox, PRP, laser hair removal, and other cosmetic treatments. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant Accountant / Inventory Controller to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Assistant Accountant will work under the supervision of the Senior Accountant and support in accounting, finance, and inventory control functions. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, managing consumables, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process purchase invoices in the accounting system.
• Monitor and enter daily consumptions of medicines, injectables, and other clinic materials.
• Support in staff-related accounting tasks (e.g., advances, reimbursements, petty cash).
• Maintain supplier accounts, follow up on invoices, and coordinate payments.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing reports as required by the Senior Accountant.
• Track and control clinic inventory, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience (At least one year in healthcare, aesthetic, or clinic environment is a must).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Day Timing: Monday to Saturday 11:30 am till 8:30 pm
