Job Title: Clinic Administrator
Experience: 5–7 years (Healthcare / Clinic / Hospital administration preferred)
Qualification: MBA (Hospital Administration / Operations / Marketing or equivalent)
Job Purpose:
The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for overseeing clinical and operational activities across assigned clinic locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, driving patient engagement through marketing and PR initiatives, and supporting business growth through medical camps, corporate associations, and effective follow-up mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:Operations & Administration
- Coordinate and manage clinical and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements for better efficiency and outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and support teams for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure continuity of operations through effective multitasking and prioritization.
Medical Camps & Outreach
- Plan, organize, and conduct medical camps in nearby areas in coordination with branch teams.
- Develop and maintain associations with corporates, institutions, and local organizations near branch locations.
- Represent the clinic during outreach programs and community health initiatives.
Marketing & PR Activities
- Drive branch-level marketing initiatives to promote clinic services, facilities, and healthcare programs.
- Support implementation of promotional activities, local branding, and patient engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance clinic visibility and goodwill in the local community.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute location-specific promotional strategies.
Follow-up & Performance Tracking
- Ensure strong follow-up on assigned tasks, medical camps, leads, and marketing activities.
- Track targets, outcomes, and performance metrics to ensure goals are consistently achieved.
- Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, outreach activities, and marketing effectiveness.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
