Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Support
- Welcome clients and guide them through consultation & treatment process.
- Assist doctors and staff with patient preparation and coordination.
- Provide treatment-related instructions and post-care guidance when required.
- Front Desk & Administration
- Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and CRM updates.
- Maintain patient records, billing, and daily reports.
- Clinic Operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms.
- Manage inventory of consumables and assist in stock handling.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and staff for smooth workflow
- Graduate (any discipline); diploma in nursing/healthcare/beauty/wellness preferred.
- Prior experience as Clinic Assistant / Front Office Executive / Healthcare Assistant / Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English & local language.
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.
- Pleasant personality, good grooming & professional behavior.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
