Role Overview

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be the face of TAC, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a flawless client experience. You’ll manage appointments, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from client check-ins to clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage daily appointments with professionalism.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for smooth service flow.
• Address client queries promptly, ensuring a premium client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs.
• Oversee stock of consumables and products, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Ensure the clinic environment is always welcoming, organized, and client-ready.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years’ experience in clinic coordination, front office, or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Smart, polished, and client-focused personality.
• Ability to multitask and handle operations efficiently.
• Prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare is highly preferred.
