- To answer and direct incoming phone calls
- To politely greet, direct and assist customers
- To coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- To schedule appointments; rearrange the appointments as per the exigencies
- To register patients in the system
- To ensure internal matters are not openly discussed in the premises and instead should be escalated to the Centre / Floor Manager for resolution
- To understand the package/prescription of referring Doctor and log in right tests
- To correctly register clients without any errors
- To seek clarifications regarding Tests
- To ensure Cash Handling & Credit Billing
- To ensure zero leakage of cash collection
- To ensure Creation/Checking of Bills in case of credit parties
- To be responsible for filing of Credit bills along with Credit letter
- To be responsible for receipt of Cash / Credit Payment
- Ensure every patient completes 3 appointments in a week (except in cases where prescribed otherwise)
- Reducing Cancellations and No-Shows through confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments, follow-up calls, sms’, patient engagement
- Greeting/ hospitality with patients; Making conversations with patients to enable them get comfortable in the clinic
- Share the Google Review link when the patient is in the clinic and politely get them to fill it
- Approach happy patients (in-process/ discharged) to refer more patients
- Ensuring the up-keep of the clinic (Cleanliness, basic hygiene); Housekeeping staff must be well- trained
