Overall Clinic Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinic workflow and productivity.
Staff Management:
Supervise and manage clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, aestheticians, and administrative personnel.
Handle recruitment, training, and development of new and existing staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address issues, and ensure alignment with clinic goals.
Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during clinic hours.
Patient Experience Improvement:
Focus on enhancing patient satisfaction by ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment.
Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Implement systems and practices to continuously improve patient experience, such as better communication, streamlined appointment processes, and follow-up protocols.
Monitor patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback channels, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Patient Counselling and Education:
Provide counselling and guidance to patients regarding treatments, procedures, and aftercare.
Ensure patients fully understand their treatment options, potential outcomes, and post-treatment care, addressing any concerns they may have.
Work with the medical team to ensure proper communication of medical information to patients in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
Offer personalized advice on skincare routines and maintenance to enhance patient results and satisfaction.
Reducing Patient Wait Time:
Analyze clinic appointment schedules and workflows to identify bottlenecks and reduce patient wait times.
Implement best practices for time management to ensure appointments run on schedule.
Collaborate with the medical staff to develop efficient appointment structures and reduce delays.
Financial and Administrative Management:
Oversee clinic budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Monitor clinic expenses and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality care.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, including financial, patient, and operational data.
Promoting Clinic Growth:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for attracting new patients and retaining existing ones.
Collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals to introduce new services or treatments that align with patient needs and industry trends.
Monitor the clinic’s performance metrics (e.g., patient volume, revenue, satisfaction) and implement initiatives to drive overall growth.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure the clinic operates within health, safety, and legal regulations.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in line with industry requirements.
Regularly review and update clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national healthcare regulations.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between the clinic and external partners, vendors, and service providers.
Liaise with dermatologists, cosmetic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Manage and maintain clear communication channels between staff and management.
Clinic Performance Monitoring:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Analyze clinic data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address any issues.
Technology and System Management:
Oversee the clinic’s technology and software systems, including scheduling, billing, and patient management systems.
Ensure that all staff are trained and using the clinic management systems effectively to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
Qualification:- Doctor's degree with 2-3 years of experience as clinic manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
