Clinic Manager

About the Role

Seeking a visionary leader to set up and scale Ayurveda & Panchakarma clinics across the UAE & GCC, with strong expertise in healthcare regulations, insurance, and profitable clinic models.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Setup & Expansion

• Lead clinic launches across UAE & GCC (standalone, hospitals, resorts, franchises, JVs).
• Oversee infrastructure, staffing, SOPs, and service protocols.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and GCC regulations.
• Manage practitioner licensing, therapy approvals, and legal standards.

Insurance & Partnerships

• Collaborate with insurers to cover Ayurveda & Panchakarma services.
• Build partnerships with corporates, hospitals, wellness groups, and government bodies.
• Develop referral networks.

Business Growth & Profitability

• Drive revenue and manage P&L.
• Create tailored service packages for the GCC market.
• Lead marketing, medical tourism, and wellness events.

Team & Operations

• Hire and train Ayurveda doctors, therapists, and staff.
• Standardize service quality.
• Implement CRM, EMR, and patient journey tools.

Requirements

• 5–15 years in healthcare/wellness management in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurveda & Panchakarma.
• Proven clinic setup and scaling experience.
• Familiar with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and GCC regulations.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Strong GCC industry network.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Degree in Healthcare Management, Ayurveda, or Business Administration.
