About the Role:

We seek an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Supervise daily clinic operations and workflow  

- Manage medical staff and administrative personnel  

- Conduct performance evaluations and organize schedules  

- Monitor finances and implement cost-effective practices  

- Ensure quality service and patient satisfaction  

- Develop strategies to enhance clinic efficiency  

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field  

- 2+ years of clinic/hospital management experience  

- Fluency in English and Turkish (Arabic is a plus)  

- Strong leadership and communication skills  

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
