About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical center. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient clinic performance, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and smooth coordination between medical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to clinic policies.

Staff Supervision:

Manage and support doctors, nurses, receptionists, and other staff; handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor expenses, control budgets, and support revenue growth through efficient operations and service optimization.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH regulations and all relevant UAE health authority standards.

Patient Experience:

Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction through effective communication and quality control.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare operational and financial reports; track KPIs and suggest improvements.

Marketing & Growth:

Coordinate with marketing teams to promote clinic services and increase patient retention.

Inventory & Procurement:

Oversee stock levels, supplier relations, and timely procurement of medical and office supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 3 years of clinic management experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of DHA policies, insurance claims, and healthcare operations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
