Aesthetic Clinic Manager – First Medical Center

• Originating from English-speaking countries (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experienced in aesthetic or medical clinic management

Key Responsibilities1. Clinic Operations

• Manage daily operations across Muraqabat, Al Qiyadah, and Silicon Oasis branches.
• Ensure clinics meet high standards of hygiene, safety, and DHA compliance.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.

2. Staff Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise medical and administrative teams.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage staff schedules.
• Foster a professional, positive, and patient-focused work environment.

3. Patient Experience

• Ensure exceptional patient service across all branches.
• Handle patient complaints and feedback with professionalism.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements.

4. Financial & Administrative

• Track clinic revenue, expenses, and budgets.
• Prepare monthly performance and operational reports.
• Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining service quality.

5. Marketing & Growth

• Collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and patient retention programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and attract new patients.

6. Compliance & Quality Control

• Maintain full compliance with DHA guidelines and licensing requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure quality standards are met.

7. Strategic Planning

• Support long-term growth and expansion strategies for all clinics.
• Suggest operational improvements and service enhancements.
