We are seeking a Clinic Manager who will serve as the operational leader of the clinic—someone who stands at the front line of patient care, staff support, and daily execution.

This manager will need to have the following leadership styles: transformational, authentic, and servant leadership.

Position Overview

The Clinic Manager is the first line of leadership within the clinic, ensuring that operations run efficiently, staff are supported, and patients receive a seamless, professional experience.

This role is critical. You will act as the bridge between staff and executive leadership, maintaining accountability, structure, and culture across all clinic functions.

You are not just managing a clinic—you are leading people, protecting the brand, and driving performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Operations Oversight

  • Manage daily clinic flow, scheduling, and patient throughput
  • Ensure all services (MSEs, psychological testing, therapy) run on time and with accuracy
  • Monitor documentation completion, workflow efficiency, and service delivery standards
  • Maintain readiness for audits, compliance checks, and regulatory requirements

Staff Leadership & Supervision

  • Serve as the direct point of contact for all technicians and support staff
  • Provide real-time guidance, redirection, and problem-solving throughout the day
  • Hold staff accountable to performance, professionalism, and clinic policies
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
  • Address concerns, conflicts, and workflow breakdowns immediately

Patient Experience & Frontline Leadership

  • Ensure patients are greeted, processed, and supported with professionalism and care
  • De-escalate concerns and resolve issues in real time
  • Maintain a high-standard, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and ethical care standards

Administrative & Operational Management

  • Oversee scheduling accuracy and staff coverage
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and workflow performance
  • Coordinate with billing, documentation systems, and EHR platforms
  • Track clinic metrics and support revenue optimization efforts

Culture & Brand Protection

  • Model professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence
  • Enforce a no gossip, no negativity, solutions-focused culture
  • Represent Perkins PsyCare’s mission: science, compassion, and excellence
  • Ensure all staff align with PPC’s expectations and standards

  • Emotionally intelligent with the ability to navigate staff and patient dynamics
  • Comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining respect and structure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience (healthcare or clinic setting preferred)
  • Experience supervising staff and managing operations
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in behavioral health, psychological testing, or outpatient clinics
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (SimplePractice, Q-Interactive, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling, workflow optimization, and clinic operations

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
