Clinic Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

LaGrange Family Dentistry is seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role ensures the smooth daily operations of our practice by managing lab cases, overseeing supply ordering, monitoring compliance, and supporting equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to keep the clinic running efficiently so our providers can focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage all lab cases to ensure timely readiness for appointments.
• Oversee supply ordering and inventory control, balancing cost efficiency with clinical needs.
• Monitor clinical note compliance, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Provide basic tech support for dental software, equipment, and IT systems before escalating issues.
• Conduct and document infection control testing and compliance checks in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and state dental board standards.
• Schedule and oversee dental equipment maintenance and repairs, maintaining service logs and vendor communications.
• Support overall clinic readiness, including sterilization, lab, and treatment areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with dental software and IT troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday

Reports To

Clinic Manager / Lead Dentist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
