The Clinic Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of clinical services within the organization. Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 15 years in healthcare operations management with significant leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation within a clinical setting.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence and improving patient outcomes.
  • Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in healthcare technology systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software.

Job Responsibilities:
