THRIVE is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager who will support our growing health & wellness practice by handling client relations/front office activities, contributing to business development, and managing administrative aspects. The position works closely with the Management as well as the doctors, therapists, and other specialists at the center to ensure an efficient and quality client experience.
This person is assisted by another person in managing the front office activities, and together they ensure smooth client onboarding and efficient subsequent appointment scheduling and billing processes. It’s expected that the person in this role will provide leadership in problem-solving and managing challenging client situations.
The person in this role contributes to business development by coordinating projects and initiatives on behalf of management. Depending on the person hired, the role may include social media support.
Administrative responsibilities of the role include recordkeeping and reporting, basic financial management, arranging supplies, and supervising the administrative staff to ensure the overall smooth running of the office.
We are conveniently located in Gulberg near the Main Boulevard. We have a friendly female-led work environment, and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Compensation offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s profile.

Requirements:
2 years of in-person client handling experience as well as office management experience preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
This is a full-time position: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
Compensation offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s profile.
THRIVE is a Centre for Health and Wellbeing that hosts a multi-disciplinary team including psychologists, speech & language pathologists, behaviour therapists, a developmental paediatrician, a psychiatrist, and other professionals all focused on bringing an evidence-based and holistic approach to supporting clients needs. We work with children, adults, their families, and also offer services for school communities including consultancy services, psycho-educational assessments, and tailored trainings & workshops.
