Clinic Receptionist

Responsibility:

1. Managing the front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow, handling appointments

2. Register patients and maintain accurate records.

3. Handle inquiries (in-person and over phone).

4. Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

5. Schedule and confirm appointments.

6. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic departments.

7. Guide patients to appropriate departments/OPD/IPD.

8. Maintain daily reports of patient footfall and appointments.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Graduate (preferably in Administration/Healthcare Management).
  • 1–3 years experience in hospital/clinic front desk preferred.
  • Good communication skills (local language + English).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Hospital Management Software, MS Office).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Professional appearance and courteous behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
