GUEST RELATION EXCECUTIVE -(Experienced Staffs Only)

Qualification : UG/PG,Clinic/Hospital experienced

Age : Below 40

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in a clinic/hospital setting preferred
• Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with appointments and inquiries
• Manage phone calls and scheduling
• Maintain patient records and front desk operations
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth workflow
