Clinic Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations
  • Handle patient registration, data entry, and update medical records accurately
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff
  • Manage billing-related tasks, insurance details, and patient documentation as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience as a clinic or medical receptionist is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Experience:

  • Clinic/Hospital: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Fluent Arabic (Required)

Work Location: In person
