Clinic Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Ayurvedic medical center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front office functioning, excellent patient care, and contribute to business growth through effective coordination and upselling of services.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management:

  • Ensure the smooth flow of front desk and clinic operations at all times
  • Assign daily tasks to front office executives and monitor performance using checklists
  • Supervise staff to maintain discipline, efficiency, and professionalism

Patient Experience & Customer Care:

  • Build strong rapport with patients to ensure high satisfaction and positive feedback
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Ensure all patient interactions reflect the clinic’s standards of care and hospitality

Communication & Coordination:

  • Ensure prompt response to telephone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
  • Maintain proper records of patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate effectively between doctors, therapists, and front office staff

Enquiry Management & Conversion:

  • Track and monitor enquiry conversion rates
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads and appointments
  • Maintain accurate reports of enquiries and conversions

Clinic Maintenance & Compliance:

  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and clinic presentation
  • Monitor availability of supplies and coordinate with management when needed

Sales & Upselling Responsibilities:

  • Promote Ayurvedic treatments, therapy packages, and wellness programs to patients
  • Encourage repeat visits through effective follow-ups and relationship building
  • Identify patient needs and suggest suitable treatments or packages
  • Support marketing initiatives and seasonal offers to increase revenue
  • Train front desk staff on upselling techniques and service knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in a similar role (preferably in medical centers or clinics)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and patient coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Ayurvedic or wellness centers is an advantage
  • Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
