Key Responsibilities
Patient & Front Desk Management
- Greet patients professionally and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage patient flow, appointments, and basic front-desk coordination.
- Handle patient queries and guide them appropriately without interfering in medical decisions.
Leads & Revenue Management
- Manage and convert patient leads received through calls, walk-ins, or digital platforms.
- Track lead sources, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Coordinate with doctors to align services with patient expectations to support revenue growth.
Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and manage patient invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Ensure accurate billing in coordination with clinic policies and management instructions.
Clinic Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily clinic operations while strictly adhering to doctors’ medical protocols.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and operational readiness.
- Act as a liaison between AR Clinic doctors and Max Holding top management.
Inventory & Requisitions
- Upload and manage purchase requisitions as required.
- Ensure timely receipt of inventory and verify quantities against requisitions.
- Maintain accurate clinic inventory records and report shortages in advance.
Doctor Coordination & Scheduling
- Manage doctor timings, duty rosters, and schedules.
- Ensure optimal utilization of doctors’ availability.
- Coordinate leaves, adjustments, and clinic coverage.
Meetings & Reporting
- Conduct and participate in weekly meetings with management and doctors.
- Present operational issues, lead conversion reports, and challenges.
- Justify lead performance and propose solutions for improvement.
Conflict & Issue Resolution
- Resolve inter-doctor conflicts professionally and confidentially.
- Address and resolve inter-clinic operational issues in coordination with management.
- Escalate sensitive matters appropriately when required.
Revenue Growth
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing clinic revenue through better patient handling, lead conversion, scheduling efficiency, and operational improvements.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
