Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare discipline such as MBBS, BDS, DPT, or equivalent.
- Post-graduate Nurse or Post-graduate Diploma in Health Informatics preferred.
- Advanced degree or certification in Clinical Informatics, Public Health, or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinical, health technology, or healthcare quality improvement environment.
- Prior experience in clinical content development, patient education materials, or care plan design preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, clinical documentation standards, and care management workflows is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of clinical terminology, disease management, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and critical review skills for clinical and patient-facing materials.
- Ability to interpret and apply clinical data to create practical and patient-friendly care content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR tools, and health informatics software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with clients and internal teams.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
