Clinical Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Analyst to join our Healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, data analysis, and healthcare information systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize clinical processes and enhance patient outcomes through effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Meet with healthcare providers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop, implement, and refine clinical workflows and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to providers and staff on new systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, MBBS, Speech Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics or a related discipline.
• Certification in Clinical Informatics or a similar field.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with healthcare information systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
