Clinical Assistant

The Clinical Assistant supports doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting with clinical procedures, maintaining patient records, preparing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clinicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare patients by taking basic medical information such as weight, blood pressure, and medical history.
• Set up, sterilize, and maintain clinical instruments and equipment.
• Manage patient appointments and support front-desk activities when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update files as instructed by the clinician.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide basic patient guidance and answer routine queries.
• Handle inventory of clinical supplies and report shortages.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the clinic.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in a relevant healthcare field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of clinical procedures and hygiene protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.

Reports To:
Clinical Supervisor / Senior Doctor / Clinic Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
