Clinical Associate

Educational Qualification- MD Pathologist
Experience- Minimum 2-3 years in Oncopathology

Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnostic Reporting

• Examine and interpret histopathology, cytology, hematology, clinical pathology, and microbiology samples (as applicable to the center).
• Validate and sign off laboratory reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Correlate laboratory findings with clinical details.

2. Laboratory Oversight

• Supervise daily functioning of the diagnostic laboratory.
• Ensure proper sample collection, processing, labeling, and storage.
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and workflow efficiency.

3. Quality Control & Accreditation

• Implement and maintain quality assurance (QA/QC) protocols.
• Ensure compliance with NABL / ISO / local regulatory standards.
• Participate in internal audits, external quality assurance programs (EQAS).

4. Clinical Coordination

• Communicate critical values and abnormal findings to clinicians.
• Provide consultation to doctors regarding test selection and interpretation.
• Participate in clinico-pathological discussions when required.

5. Staff Supervision & Training

• Guide and supervise lab technicians and junior doctors.
• Conduct training on laboratory procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to biosafety and infection control protocols.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation of reports, logs, SOPs, and records.
• Ensure legal and ethical standards in reporting and patient confidentiality.

Pay: ₹1.20 - ₹1.50 per month
