Clinical Case Manager I
Join the University of Florida’s Neurology team in the Movement Disorders Division as a Clinical Case Manager I, where you will make a meaningful impact on patients and families navigating complex neurological conditions. The Clinical Case Manager I independently provides casework services to patients and families as indicated to address the psychosocial aspects of care regarding adjustment to illness and treatment, as well as work collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff internal and external to the organization. The Clinical Case Manager I will participate in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to patient satisfaction and patient rights and serve as an information resource for the Fixel Institute of Neurological Diseases (FIND) in the Department of Neurology.
