Clinical Coordinator

Al-Mustafa Hospital (AMH) is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Clinical Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• MBBS, FCPS (Surgery will be preferred) with a valid medical license.

Experience:

• Candidates must have 4–5 years of relevant experience in both clinical and administrative operations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with surgical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in coordination with medical staff.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to RMOs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Look after all clinical departments.

Other Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.
