Clinical Coordinator, Float Pool

Assists the Director with delegated tasks through a positive demeanor when interacting with others. Participates in orienting, and evaluating new employees. Provides direct care to patients across all age spans and health conditions. Provides care in adherence to all hospital policies and accreditation standards. Educates and supports clinical staff. Participates in hospital committees and performance improvement processes.

Education/Certification:
Graduation from accredited school of nursing

BSN preferred

Current NC RN License

BLS upon hire

NCI and NIH certifications within 60 days

ACLS within 6 months

Experience:
5 years experience preferred
