Clinical Coordinator (Freelance)

What You Will Be Responsible For

This is the entire scope of the project. We are looking for someone to own this process:

Consultation Management :Manage the flow of all doctor consultations.Critical (Needs fast response)

Order ProcessingManually create service orders in our system for patients who pay via GPay or Bank Transfer.Daily task

Patient Coordination :Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via WhatsApp/Phone.High Priority (Must respond in under 15 min)

Prescription Workflow: Receive prescription details from doctors, create the professional PDF, coordinate digital signature (if required), and send the final PDF to the patient.High Priority

Accountability Calls:Run 15-minute scheduled 'Welcome' and 'Graduation' calls for course students (as per Dofody scripts).Scheduled task

Requirements & Must-Haves

• Medical Credibility: Active Nursing (GNM/B.Sc) or Paramedical Certification.

• Fluency: Fluent in Malayalam (essential) and professional English.

• Tech Stack: Must be proficient in Google Meet (host controls), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic PDF creation/editing.

• Integrity: Must understand and adhere to strict patient confidentiality rules.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
