1. Patient Coordination
- Receive patients and attendants, understand their needs, and guide them appropriately.
- Maintain a courteous, respectful, and patient-friendly approach at all times.
- Book appointments and explain charges and scan preparation instructions.
- Collect patient history and previous scan reports for reference.
- Prepare checklists for NT, Anomaly, and other relevant scans.
2. Typing & Documentation
- Type scan reports dictated by doctors and X-ray reports provided by consultants.
- Prepare documentation related to diagnostic procedures (e.g., amniocentesis, CVS sampling).
- Enter patient records, treatment details, and other information into the hospital software.
- Maintain PNDT/PCPNDT registers and documents accurately.
- Manage biochemical screening forms (Perkin Elmer and related).
- Maintain Form-F documents daily and ensure safe storage for two years.
3. Patient-Related Documentation
- Type OP/IP reports and discharge summaries once files are received from Billing.
- Ensure a minimum 93% accuracy in all typed documents.
- Enter summaries and related documents into the application software with high accuracy.
4. Report & Record Handling
- Verify billing and scan reports before dispatch.
- Dispatch scan reports, graphs, and images accurately and on time.
- Take regular backups from the scan machine and manage stored data.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Attend telephone calls and maintain updated doctor contact details.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, colleagues, administration, and patients for smooth workflow.
- Seek clarification from Duty Doctors and take printouts after corrections.
- Be present in the allotted ward/department during duty hours; take breaks only with In-charge approval.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
