Clinical Educator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Educator to join our team in KSA-Abha. As Nursing Educator, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating education and training programs for nursing staff across the facility. This role supports clinical competency, continuing professional development, orientation, and regulatory compliance through structured learning activities and hands-on training.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) – Mandatory.
• Current and valid professional nursing license (SCFHS license).
• Master’s degree in nursing education or healthcare education – Preferred
• BLS Instructor Certification – Preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a teaching or educational role within a healthcare setting.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver orientation programs for new nursing staff
• Conduct needs assessments and design educational content based on clinical priorities
• Provide training on new policies, procedures, equipment, and clinical protocols
• Coordinate continuing education activities and certifications
• Support nursing staff in achieving and maintaining clinical competencies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback
• Maintain documentation of staff education and competency records
• Collaborating with Nursing Supervisor and the Quality Department to support PI and accreditation initiatives
• Lead clinical drills and simulation-based training
• Mentor and support clinical instructors and preceptors
