Position: Clinical Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Clinical Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare IT, client success, and delivering high-quality clinical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Clinical Discovery, Workflow Analysis & Definition
• Perform Clinical Configuration & Template Building
• Deliver Clinical Training & Go-Live Support
• Manage client communication and expectations professionally
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore (US) teams
• Handle sensitive communications with confidentiality
• Follow internal workflows and suggest process improvements
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone

Qualification: MBBS or PharmD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
