Be the Best Clinical Liaison RN You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

One (1) year of RN experience in local market with a strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques

Previous medical sales experience preferred
-
Licensed RN currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order
Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Liaison RN, you will:

Provide community and provider in-service education in assigned territory.

Maintain daily communication with Admissions Department and Team Directors.

Work with the Hospice Care Consultants to develop and implement individualized marketing plan.

Maintain visibility and accountability to increase relationships with contracted inpatient
facilities and physician groups. -
Act as a liaison with AccentCare Hospice Medical Director, Team Physicians and Hospice Physicians on behalf
of providers and patients/families. -
Make inpatient visits at contracted facilities and communicates with Admissions Department, Team
Directors and/or Primary Nurse. -
Provide consultation on hospice and palliative care.
