PRN Nurse – Client Assessments

Visiting Angels – Tifton, GA

Visiting Angels of Tifton is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented PRN Nurse to conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments. This role is essential in helping us ensure that each client receives the highest quality of personalized care.

Payroll will be based on assessments completed

Responsibilities:

Perform initial and ongoing client assessments in accordance with state regulations and agency policies

Develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs

Collaborate with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure continuity of care

Provide nursing oversight and guidance to caregivers as needed

Document assessments and maintain accurate client records

Assist with caregiver orientation days by supervising an in person skills check

Requirements:

Current Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compassionate, professional, and client-centered approach

PRN position – flexible scheduling as needed
