Searching for a dynamic Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM) to lead our dedicated team at Bayhealth. Located in growing area with close proximity to the Delaware beaches, outlet shopping, and state capital historical areas.
The Clinical Nutrition Manager oversees all aspects of clinical nutrition services within a healthcare facility. This role includes supervising clinical dietitians, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing nutritional protocols, and promoting patient-centered care. The manager collaborates with medical staff, monitors patient outcomes, and drives quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the clinical nutrition team, providing guidance and professional development.

Assess and improve nutritional care protocols based on evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans.

Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct performance evaluations and recruit staff as needed.

Prepare and manage department budgets.

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.

Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field (preferred).

3–5 years of clinical nutrition experience, with 2 years in leadership roles preferred.

Strong knowledge of nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, and healthcare regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

CNM must have a Strong background in patient education with knowledge of EMR systems.
